Very professional, helpful and friendly. Were very quick to return my call and answer questions I had. When I was informed that an item I was interested in purchasing had already been sold, they sent me links to view similar items that I might like. I ended up buying one of them and it was shipped very quickly and packaged with a lot of care so as to arrive neat and un-damaged. The autograph was as expected, however the frame arrived broken. They refunded my money for the frame and sent me a replacement. However the frame was still low quality and not what I expected for a $750.00 autographed memorabilia.

The picture is great but the ad says framed. The frame that the picture came in is cheap, plastic and scratched. I will have to pay to frame it properly.
