I recently ordered some side door mirrors for my 1993 Ford F-150. Unfortunately when they arrived, they were the wrong size and did not meet the specifications for my year model and style of truck. I notified Autobuffy that I needed to send these back and went into great detail about why these didn’t fit. After some discussion and sending them some pictures I took, they ultimately acknowledged their mistake and gave me a full refund. I also did not have to return the mirrors back. I greatly appreciate the lengths they went to insure that they fixed the issue and made sure I was satisfied with their customer service!

The complete kit was great, got me back to the new car ride however the bypass connectors were a challenge. What was sent wasn't a plug-n-play type device with very little instruction. I ended up buying a plug-in bypass from Amazon for $45 - Active Electronic Strut Bypass Kit. Compatible With Buick, GMC, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Ford. 1997-2012
