it’s a scam. i wouldn’t recommend people getting their car parts here. i made an order about 2 weeks ago, till this day im waiting for my car piece i have ordered. I’ve called them and they tell me that my piece isn’t available, they keep pushing the date of delivery. To begin with they never even sent me an order confirmation number when i placed it but took money out my bank right away. Good thing i got my invoice number. other then that i’ve been seeing they have been hiding there BAD REVIEWS. because when i was reading to see if this was legit all i could see was “good” reviews about autobuffy. until i came also all these bad reviews and could 100% guarantee that this is not the online place to order off.

I ordered a taillight for my mini Cooper. Per the website I entered my car information to make sure the part was compatible. I ordered the one that the website showed as correct. The company advertised “guaranteed to fit”. I don’t know what their version of “guaranteed” is but it’s not the same as mine. They made me send pics, which I did. They then stated it was my fault the part was wrong. So to return I had to pay shipping…so much for the guarantee. I paid shipping. I waited for approx 2-3 weeks and I had not received a refund so I contacted them. They sent me a refund for approx half of what the part cost. I asked why and the stated the part was damaged. I literally took the part out, looked at it and knew it would not work. I placed it back in the box, taped it up and returned it. Edit 4/7/2022 I received a full refund for the part, but they refused to refund the shipping.

I ordered a set of axles (manufacturer's #CSA82446), for $150 total. If you check this same # on AutoBuffy, it's also a set for $257.12. What I received was CSA82158 for driver side and CSA82183 for passenger side. I want to return because these parts do not fit my car. UPS wants to charge me $60 and AutoBuffy will not help!

Purchase part for Rav4 engine mount. Receive part and got so upset! The quality of the product was so poor and bad. Provided pictures to them Sent item back. Autobuffy got item back and didn’t pay me full amount, saying that they didn’t sell bad product!!! I will not recommend to use this company to anybody…. Unless you don’t care about your money

I orderd front and rear pads and rotors for a bmw. the day of arivial they cancled the order. that was the 11th it is now the 21st and i cant get my money from them!!! do not buy from them!!! its a scam

Autobuffy are only middle men they do not have any parts, everything is dropped shipped. If you have a problem because the vender ships rotors instead of CV axels, good luck! They do not pick up phone calls, emails they only answer texts if you are lucky STAY AWAY! ***** Update Joe called me asked me to take down the negative review if he refunded my money. Low and behold he lied!
