Wrong parts sent by autobuffy …
I ordered parts for a customer's vehicle using the exact and only vehicle selection tools available on autobuffy.com's website. When the parts arrived they were the wrong parts. Autobuffy.com is making me pay return shipping on parts that THEY sent incorrectly saying I did not select further specifics and submit the vin for vehicle I ordered parts for even though there was no selection tools or vin ENTRY available! I had a service bay tied for 3 extra days with the customer's vehicle while I worked on getting parts locally. autobuffy.com you suck! I will never order parts for my business through your company and I will pass this along to my neighboring repair shops as well! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR BUYING PARTS

Hi Ike, Thank you for your feedback. We have checked your order and it shows that you have ordered parts for a 4WD vehicle and based on the information you have provided us your vehicle is an RWD. The fitment details of the parts is clearly stated on our product listing that it is for 4WD vehicles only. We did our best to assist you with the return process following the return policy which is showing on our website as well. Garbage!!
Garbage!!! Struts and real shocks had absolutely no stability. Rear shocks could be easily compressed by hand. Front struts collapse with every right and left turn mager body role and unsafe. Replaced after 4 days with gabriel. That kit was a waste of my time and money. Do not reccomend TRASH. GET YOUR PARTS FROM A CREDIBLE SOURCE. Lesson learned at my expense $$

I have ordered 2 parts at this place on…
I have ordered 2 parts at this place on Monday June 20, 2022. At the moment I was making the purchase, the system was telling me that the delivery time will be Friday 24, 2022. Well, shipment was placed on Thursday, arriving Sunday. Ok, shipping late. What happened? I have ordered a suspension kit of 12 pieces and I got only the suspensions, the other 10 parts were not there. I told them since the beginning that I have an emergency and I need those parts as soon as possible and now this. The communication is horrible, when you chat with someone at their website they end sending you to call by phone, they cannot handle anything on the chat. When you call by phone, for nothing, is like they have customer service to say Hi and Goodbye. I don't recommend this place at all. Stay away, there are better stores out there.

Already crack
Already crack. Not even a week of using it. Now my vehicle engine making a lot vibrating because of the engine mount and transmission mount broken.

Don't order from this company unless…
I took them almost a year to reply to this review. Don't order from this company unless you have a week to wait for the parts. Ordered on a Monday and was promised a Wednesday delivery. The parts were not even shipped until Wednesday and the fed x trackers estimate delivery date is Sunday. This company appears to be some sort of parts middleman.

I received the wrong parts and never received the refund or the replacement.
I received the wrong parts. I emailed and asked for the replacement but never heard any from them from the last two month. I ended up have to buy another parts from the other stores. I don't want to buy anything from this store anymore.
