I ordered this part on April 4 and still have not had any updates or any answer when I call customer service. This company is a scam. ordered part it didn't work they said I ordered incorrectly which i proved I didn't. refused to give RGA or shipping label for return unless i purchased it thru them. I had to pay dealer several hundred to install and program part and then pay to have it removed and install a working part from another company. They do not honor anything they say DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED Their response is a perfect example of how you will be treated. First they said it was because my engine was not turbo charged now it is because it has a flex designation this however simply means that it can burn 10% ethanol as well as 100% unleaded both fuel types are gas. I have a screen shot of their fitment detail stating that it is guaranteed to work.They did contact me offering to give me a full refund if it would retract this review. I declined. The credit card company I used did a investigation after I filed a dispute and found in my favor.. Again beware of doing business with them.

Absolutely dishonest business practice! They sold me faulty part, I provided proof diagnostic from mechanic and pictures. Autobuffy decided to charge me $25 for return shipping and refused to refund. Customer service hung up the phone when I verify the order and not responding to my emails! I will never order from them again! JUST TERRIBLE!

Ordered a westar engine mount. They sent me a cheaper brand that didn't have the vacuum port. They also made the return experience very difficult. They are shady and have bad business practices. Don't buy from them. They send you the cheapest stuff possible. Looking at the pattern of negative reviews, it looks like they advertise name brand parts with name brand prices. Then they send you the cheapest similar part possible.

They sent is a part that they said would fit out 2012 mini cooper, they give no options for model or to put in your vin. the part they sent did not fit our model. They want us to pay for shipping which costs more than the product. This place is a total scam. Other people are posting on their social media that the same thing happened to them and also that they paid for parts that never came. There is no way to get help expect through email and there are no supervisors or anyone to escalate the issue. In response to their reply. They give you no option to put in a sub model, engine type or VIN when you purchase a part and just say the part matches. I have read hundreds of reviews on Reddit and other places where their own ex employees say this place is a scam and customers saying they did the same thing to them. Our credit card company refunded us because they too recognized that their site doesn’t ask for the correct information to be successful and read countless accounts of other customers having the same problem with them. I asked this website multiple times to solve this amicably and they just send the same email over and over again basically proving themselves wrong and saying they have no sub-models listed to choose from. I’m sorry but this is what you get when you scam enough people.. you have now not only lost the sale but lost the part too. You could have just sent a return label like every other LEGIT web company and gotten your part back to resell. Your company doesn’t put the customer first and you don’t care about actually helping them. You just want to sell a part and make it impossible to fix your own mistakes. You have cut off your nose to spite your face instead of admitting your website falls short with its ability to allow customers to see what part is right. Look at other websites that ask for all of the correct info before purchasing the part. Those are the sites I will be buying parts from from now on. If you wanted to help, you would educate yourself on other successful sites that know that every mini Cooper (and sub models) have different fitting parts and BEYOND THIS, you don’t have engines listed either. Even if someone had a “mini Cooper” you have no option to choose the engine type which alters the type of part you need as well. Maybe you need to speak to BMW to learn a bit more about their product. BEWARE

412.50 part ordered two weeks ago. Should have arrived last week. We find out today, the product is on a US World tour having shown up in every state in the southwest while we continue to wait for it in South Lake Tahoe, CA. AutoBuffy used the cheapest shipping method possible, to save a buck or two on a 412 order. This company is crap and I will never order from them again. You shouldn't either.

This place Autobuffy is a straight up scam. I've read several reviews and they all say the same thing. As a mechanic myself. I have ordered Thousands of dollars worth of part. I also ordered parts from Autobuffy. They have a fitment check online. I checked it several times and each time it said " These parts will fit your car", They are not even close to fitting my car. So I made the call to Autobuffy and they put it on me saying " That I ordered the wrong parts". All I want them to do is make this right and send me the correct parts and then let me send back the wrong parts. But they are so addimant about me ordering the wrong parts. I strongly suggest that no one use them at all. This is my 3rd review. And they will progressively get worse. I will not stop sending them.

I wish I could give zero stars, they are terrible. Sent the wrong parts than gave me the run around for a month. Offered a $40 refund when my purchase was $250. I believe they are out of China, quality and customer service is awful. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!! Added: the response is false. They did not provide comparable costs to the product I purchased. I NEVER received a refund of any amount and what I was offered is only one set, when I purchased 2 (front and back). Even after a terrible experience they feel the need to respond to a review instead of the customer complaint and lie about the service they provide.
