Sent my Montblanc Nicolas Rieussac for warranty repair but did not get any result after many months. The chronograph button fell off. The watch was very new. Authentic Watches kept the watch for 4 months and did not communicate. I had to call in to track the watch several times. Finally spoke with a customer reps telling me that they will not warranty the repair. The quoted charge was over a thousand dollar for a defected button. Cost me 6 months plus shipping charges both ways.

The Tag watch we bought stopped keeping accurate time after only a few months. We wasted time following the instructions the customer service person gave us to try to resolve the issue. It didn’t work. Then we called customer service and said we wanted to return the watch and get our money back. After navigating through the complex shipping instructions and verifying that Authentic Watches received our watch we called to get the status of our return. It was at this time we were informed that we could not return the watch and needed to send an additional $30 before they could even try to fix the watch. So now we have wasted months and still have nothing resolved. It will be at least one or two months before anything can be done. This was a wedding gift to my husband. I am very disappointed. Customer service is horrible. We will NEVER buy anything from Authentic Watches again. Authentic Watches answered my review in a cold and callous manner. I stick with my feelings that they have horrible customer care and horrible customer service. Authentic Watches replied that my watch was purchased almost a year ago. This is untrue. The watch was purchased in late June of 2019. That’s not even 6 months. No apologies, or sensitivity to my situation.

First of all authentic Watches tried to prevent this review by reporting that I did not have a genuine buying experience but I provided trustpilot with all needed documents and the exchanged emails with authentic watches that proved my terrible experience that I am keen to share with everyone to save them from what I have gone through... pls don’t buy from them they are terrible Here is my experience.. I ordered a Longines Conquest watch from authentic watches that falsely claims it delivers overnight and for one whole month the watch was lost from their side without any information about its location or non arrival reasons! And after failing to receive the watch it was luckily returned to them .. they said they will refund my money however they deduced 80 dollars without any single reason!! I paid 1995 and only 1915 was refunded!!!!!! When I reported about the loss of the watch during shipment All their replies to my emails were that they can do nothing about it!!! Imagine a store that sells precious watches loses them on the way of delivery for a whole month with no clue?!!!! I asked them to send me my money back .. they didn't as the watch was lost from their side!! After 30 days they emailed me saying that they found the watch .. and that it is being shipped back to them to reship it to me within few days! Again this did not happen and I had to wait for another week But guess what!! After all of this they shipped it to a wrong address then it was shipped back to fedex office .. I wasnt in town so I couldn’t go on the next day .. I went after 5 days of shipping date to find that the package was delivered back to the vendor!!!!!! And when I asked why?!! As they wrote in the email their working hours all week long!! They Mentioned nothing about shipping back to the vendor!! Fedex answered saying that they shipped it back because Authentic watches gave them a wrong address in the beginning!! The black comedy is that when I called them they weren’t even apologetic about what happened!! They never apologized!! They wanted to convince me that this is totally normal!! And after all this hassle they refunded 1915 dollars instead of 1995!!! So if this is their normal never buy from them .. how can anyone trust them And warning warning warning they don’t sell the watch with the original brand warranty! No it is authentic watches warranty!! Imagine this incompetent noncredible place giving u a guarantee for a precious watch!!! Dont shop from there! You will regret it

These people were a total disappointment! They did not price match 2 vendors I provided and Susan stated they price match based on “value”. BS after BS. I paid for my watch online through Amazon pay on their website then they refuse to send the watch because they require bank wires for amounts greater than $10,000. They do not want to pay American Express fees. Therefore there misrepresenting the price of the product. Customer service is of no concern to them. I will not do business with these people ever again

Terrible customer service. I bought a Mont Blanc smart watch. It stopped charging after a few months. I had purchased their upgraded warranty and sent the watch in for service. It's been five weeks now and their telling me it'll likely be another 6-8 weeks. TOTAL lack of communication from them. DO NOT buy from them is my recommendation.

Do not by goods from this company, I wish I would of read the reviews before I did. I bought a Cartier roadster strap through the chrono24 website of authentic watches for $375 , within The first hour of wearing it the strap broke from the clasp , they have refused to refund me the money and I am still in dispute with chrono24 over it . I would not use either authentic watches or chrono24 ever again, and I warn anybody else not to. This is the problem with onliusellers there is no real regulation.

WARNING: THEIR WARRANTY IS A SCAM. I bought a Breitling Chronomat from this company four years ago. The watch came with an Authenticwatches.com six (6) year warranty. I sent the watch back to these scam artists after the winding mechanism became very tight to wind. They refused to repair the watch under their warranty, stating it needed a complete over haul and then offered to repair the watch for $1253.00 USD. The watch is now back in my hands and has been sent to Breitling for analysis. Do not trust these scammers.
