Authenticwatches.com are the biggest scammers i ever sean I purchased a rolex watch a week ago they mentioned and told me that the watch is 100% unworn but the watch was used , i had a big surprise when I received the watch .
The watch was without clasp i went to rolex to repair the clasp and they did but when rolex guy wanted to set the time he noticed that the watch is not working at all. Guys don’t purchase any watch or at least rolex from AuthenticWatches.com save your money and peace your mind
They dont do any quality check before shipping. Please please stay away from Authenticwatches.com

I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. I really felt like I was being conned from the moment Peter at AuthenticWatches opened his mouth,
Be careful, my experience with Authentic Watches is the worst consumer experience that I have had in my 56 years on this planet. Thank you Omega Sydney fixing my watch for free in 2 days despite it being sold to me with no Omega warranty.Thank you for also telling me that the internal mechanism of my watch was from an earlier model watch.
I had a basic technical problem that could have been handled in 10 minutes, if somebody at Authentic Watches had some common sense and a genuine desire to assist me. Rather I was exposed to endless rhetoric and half truths, over statements as to the prowess of Authentic Watches.
As well as endless references to the highly regarded the Authentic Watches 6 year guarantee is held by the industry, ‘better than manufacturers in some cases’ , well that is on the extreme end of creative. The warranty is not global and requires you to send the watch back to them so they can then extort additional charges from you , hold your watch ransom, and put your valuable watch at the mercy of air flights connections and customs AGAIN.
Then I was treated to a verbal ‘magic show’ where Peter used every contrived and self serving cliche to give the impression that Authentic Watches were not as bad as they clearly are, it’s the let’s distract you away from this ridiculous condition and requirement and pretend we really are good operators . Everything designed to give the illusion that they are authorised dealers of luxury brands, from the name right through to the rhetoric and when challenged the well worn strategy of deny, deny, deny.
Authentic Watches claim they are legitimate but scratch the surface, on the internet many sellers products that might appear the same as what is available at the authorised dealer retail outlets but is quite often product that has been in the store for longer than you would expect and like my experience has outdated component like the situation with my watch which Omega, Sydney, Martin Place confirmed has an older model mechanism. Apparently mismatching parts can effect reliability and accuracy of the timepiece. When you go to make a warranty claim you then realise that the Authentic Warranty that they present as superior to the manufacturers warranty by offering an additional year, but want they don’t tell you is that any attempt to make a successful claim under warranty will be futile as the warranty is a pretend warranty in relating covering nothing that you need and impossible to comply with where all the effort and expense sits with the customer, it’s an absolute disgrace.
These guys are opportunistic snake oil salesmen. Don’t give them the time of day, let alone thousands of dollars. I’m amazed these guys aren’t locked up. I’ve had 2 purchases thus year an Omega and a Rolex, one lasted two weeks the other 4 weeks before failing, literally falling apart. After taking the watches to the authorised Omega and Rolex dealers the feedback was the same: old stock, not serviced or correctly prepared for sale, but most concerning evidence of dated and components and the substitution of components with inferior parts was a common topic of lengthy discussion on each occasion. Both Rolex and Omega have had reason to advise me to be wary of poor pre delivery and mismatched parts when buying online Never Again, Authentic Warches.

This has been the worst experience of…
So it got to a week before delivery and they had confirmed it was in the way etc.. got an email saying it wasn't ordered and offered a refund after all the complaints I'd sent.
PLEASE DONT BUY HERE
This has been the worst experience of any kind of purchase in my life.
I'm sure all the 5 star reviews are fake as most have no information written on them.
Please please please don't buy anything from this company
If this post stops just one person going through the torment I'm currently going through then I'll be content.
In short, don't buy from here
See they even admit that they want me to buy another watch at the cost of a few thousand dollars just to change and address otherwise they will kindly cancel the order and charge me 10%. What great policy's
Since we are obligated to ship to the address provided to us by
PayPal, we would need a new payment with the correct address so we can
refund your original payment with the incorrect address. If you would
like to proceed this way, please let us know and we will send you a
new PayPal invoice to make payment with the new address. Once the
invoice is paid your original payment will be refunded.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
***See buy another watch and we will send it wherever, otherwise tough***
O dear and waiting for a refund after they can no longer provide the watch...good luck, 2 weeks and still nothing
Response from AuthenticWatches.comSep 26, 2020
This client placed a special order with a 3 month lead time, with payment remitted via PayPal. He agreed to wait three months for the special order. Over a week later, he emailed a number of times demanding cancellation of his special order, insulting our staff, and demanding that we ship to an address other than his PayPal address (which is not possible under PayPal policies). Regrettably, both we and PayPal have policies to which the client has agreed. We presented a solution in which a new PayPal invoice can be sent so he can pay with his new address; he refused. We do everything in our power to assist all of our client's requests, and we are sorry to hear this client feels so negatively towards his experience.
We do not understand the client's follow-up comment stating that we have admitted to trying to change his address for a few thousand dollars.

New watch which was defected and scratched when authenticwatches was repairing it
Bought a new watch and turned out that it was loosing time. Its covered under warranty so i sent it back for a repair. Sadly when i received it was scratched and when the watch was sent it didn't have any scratches or marks. I only wore the watch 2-3 times and my clothes never touched the watch because i am aware this could create swirls on the watch.
When the repair was completed i asked them what was the problem and what was fixed. They said TAG Heuer does not provide specifics on a service.
When i told them that i received my watch scratched they said there is no mechanism in the service process that will scratch the side-case of a timepiece. The scratches are commensurate with having Been worn for several months, and the markings are indicative of normal wear and tear.
I was 100 percent sure that when the watch was sent there was absolutely not a single scratch or mark.
Response from AuthenticWatches.comJun 25, 2020
The watch was returned in the exact same aesthetic condition as when received. The client had the watch for one year and informed us after receiving it back that it didn't have a single scratch at the time he returned it to us. This is simply not true. The client's watch had scratches throughout the timepiece, as is normal for a year of use of any watch. The client is asserting that the timepiece was scratched in the service center. This is not accurate. The service center doesn't have tools that scratch timepieces. Furthermore, the photographs that the client sent show scratches in a multitude of locations, at varying depths, in varying directions, all consistent with normal wear.

Wasn't able to return my watch due…
Wasn't able to return my watch due to"Special Order" It didn't say special order on website. I am very unhappy with the watch. I would like to trade in for a different model.
Response from AuthenticWatches.comJun 24, 2020
We are sorry to hear that the client is upset. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns on special order items, as they are not normally stocked and are only especially ordered for clients. This is outlined in our returns policy. Contrary to the reviewer's claim, this was indeed outlined in our policies at the time of checkout, as well as in the email confirmation sent to the client on Feb 10, 2020, at 12:28 PM Pacific Time.

Terrible experience
They took my money and only after that said watch was out of stock, right before the purchase I confirmed they were in stock. They tried to make me buy more expensive watch. DON'T USE THEM!!!
Here is an update for their reply:
My purchase was confirmed with credit card. Then they called me and asked to use different payment method, forcing to use bank wire for which I refused. Then they said I can pay with paypal, so I did same day. And I called them again to make sure payment went through and watch was in stock, they said YES!
Suddenly six hours later they e-mailed saying that watch is gone and wanted me to buy another watch for $500 more.
When I called them for clarifications they told me somebody placed an order before me and they were also waiting fir him for verification for the payment. And they had other buyers in the line who paid them. So somebody already bought the item but it was shown in stock and customer service confirmed it was in stock just to make me to pay them. I called them back again in a few minutes and another person gave totally different explanation for the situation. Basically they just telling whatever they want to customers and don't know what's going on. Never use them!!!
Response from AuthenticWatches.comJan 29, 2020
We are very sorry for any inconvenience. The client placed an order while the item was in stock, however, the credit card purchase could not be verified and alternative payment options were offered. The client opted to pay via PayPal, however, the item sold out prior to her payment. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Very poor experience
Very poor experience
Negative customer service.
My order was not sent to the address I specified through phone call and email.
Managed to find a way for someone to act in my stead and refuse the shipment as indicated by another phone call Authentic Watches.
Once the packaged was received by them, I received a partial refund although told that I would received a full refund for the transaction.
They Decide to keep $70.00 for shipping.
After all this I decided to go straight to Omega and found the same items at a considerable savings. almost half of the "sale" price AuthenticWatches was offering.
I suggest to everyone and have done so to all my watch collector friends to avoid any interaction with this company.
They are not worth it.

Rolex ladies watch
i purchased a Rolex watch from Authentic Watches. It was advertised as new.
The purchase went smoothly and the watch arrived the next day.
The Rolex box was beat up and stained. The watch did not have the protective stickers on the band and watch that all new Rolex watches have. There is nothing that came with the watch that would lead me to believe it was new. Authentic Watch would not provide the year the watch was made. I am to take their word that the watch is new.
When I requested to return the watch they said there was a return fee of 10%.
We are in dispute in that the watch does not appear to be new and the return fee.
EBAY,Amazon and A&E all provide enough information to determine that a Rolex is new or used and a date the watch was made. EBAY vendors ships their new Rolex watches in unopened boxes and are much more trustworthy that Authentic Watches.
This in reply to the 1st comment which I am assuming is Authentic Watches. No where in the above is warranty mentioned.
The comments regarding other dealers is based upon previous comments by Authentic Watches- formally to me in writing that all online sales are exactly the same as Authentic Watches. They are not and we are not promoting those vendors.
All we have asked them to do is prove the watch is new. That is our only concern.
