This was my first purchase from AunthenticWatches.com and I was very pleased with the process. Before making my purchase, I contacted the company via phone to ask a few questions. A real human answered the phone and answered all of my questions. The customer service representative provided me with recommendations on how to streamline the purchase and receive my watch as quickly as possible...I did as she said, and I received my watch the next day. The watch was brand new with documentation and accessories (as advertised). Based on this experience, I recommend AuthenticWatches.com and would do business with them again.

I purchased a black dial Submariner and was pleasantly surprised at the buying process and with the high quality of everything I received. Box and watch in pristine condition (as one would expect buying a luxury timepiece). Their customer service was really responsive to each of my questions and made the transaction effortless. I purchased my Rolex in March and I have enjoyed wearing it since that time. No issues, everything still pristine and works fantastically.

The method of misleading customers regularly is part of the standard work which leads them unfortunately.They also do not reimburse the expenses incurred by the customers. Not to mention a waste of time and mental anguish. Bullying behavior without a shadow of a decent commercial behavior!Instead of apologizing and compensating the injured customer, they are brazenly trying to sell him what they want and not what he wanted.Even to Trustpilot They tried to say that it is not them to evade responsibility
