I've had the Autel MaxiAP200 for a number of years and you have to pay an annual subscription for additional models. I went to renew the AUDI subscription and after trying to pay it failed, so I tried again and guess what, it took two payments. I'm positive that it's done this in the past. Google Pay wouldn't refund and Autel ignore. Their customer service is non-existent. Lots of the features don't even work or are not recognised, so I'm going to find a better device from a better manufacturer.

Maxisys909cv shitless itself after just 3 months. Do not waste you money and buy this tool. Unit fails to connect to any vehicle, and trying to get the support is an absolute nightmare. They just give you the run around, over the support team can't do anything and will request a repair shop look at, when requesting the repairer contact info, all you get is an email that you get no response from, keep getting told to contact the dealer. The dealer doesn't respond. Just one big rabbit hole.

DO NOT BUY AUTEL products!!! Costumer service is horrible, Products very expensive and worthless, expensive updates … There’s cheaper options and far better !! DO NOT BUY AUTEL!!!

We bought an Autel MS906TS a few years ago and it has worked fine for our shop. However, every year you have to spend hundreds to get updates, like $700. Not only that, we called them at the beginning of this month because the power button spring will not release. We are a small shop so that is our scanner and when we talked to them they said it would only take 1 to 2 weeks for them to ship it back. OK, that's not bad. We have been calling them daily just to see what's going on and they keep telling us it's in the que and they cannot give an ETA. This is week 3 going on 4 and we know nothing. It's insane we cannot get an answer or even what place in line we are so I have an idea of when it's coming back. We will never buy from them because of this.

Finger weg vom AUTELONLINE.COM. Ich habe im Juli 2025 ein Diagnosegerät vom autelonline.com gekauft. Nach 6 Monaten ist das Gerät defekt. Ich habe natürlich sofort den Verkäufer kontaktiert. Zuerst war er hilfsbereit und hat ein Video verlangt. Und dann ging es los.... Können nochmal ein Video schicken? Und so ging es hin und her... seit 3 Monaten versuche ich das Gerät zu ersetzen oder reparieren. Keine Schanze. Und jetzt antwortet er nicht einmal. Dann habe ich den Hersteller direkt angeschrieben. Das hat auch nichts gebracht. Also wenn ihr ein Gerät von autel kauft seit bereit auch in Garantiefall im Stich gelassen zu werden. Ich habe 2600€ in den Sand gesteckt und werde nie wieder irgendwelche Geräte vom Autel kaufen.

I had problems using an Autel maxi AP200. After many emails I realised that the ‘support’, warranty from this company is non existent.

It is super easy to use and it has Bluetooth you can print off your codes and faster then snap on scanner

I am not impressed with my autel scanner. Nothing on how to use it, but did find out i have to sign up for two applications and pay their monthly fee. Plus a yearly fee of $500. When the yearly subscription runs out you can’t use it on certain brands. If you call in for any reason the person on the phone sounds like they have no soul and doesn’t care about your problem. Maybe because all the disappointed customers. Maybe good for a busy garage, but not a DIY’er. Too costly!
