The bracelet that came was thin and not like the picture. So way over priced for a cheap crummy piece of jewelry. Plus it's elastic. Crap!

Awesome premium unique handcrafted gemstone bracelets & necklaces. Great customer service. I especially love their Labradorite collection. Top notch quality stuff that tells a story linked to geology & history. Not cheap (especially with import fees...sigh), but still see it as decent value considering many other bracelet companies are selling mass produced crap for higher prices. Highly recommend & dont really understand the negative reviews here.

They are so unprofessional and incite a terrible charges on their order at delivery which was not mentioned when purchasing , please avoid them by all means, they have zero customer relations and will totally ignore you, they refuse to to deliver my order because of 67pound charges who was not mentioned erlier

Unfortunately my parcel wouldn’t be despatched until I paid UPS an important fee of nearly £100, whilst they do have a notification it is buried deeply within the website. So this becomes a very expensive set now. Wasn’t a very caring response either form the company, they offered a refund minus all shipping and import costs so I’m nit £200 for no product so had no choice, they should be clearer on the shipping costs.

Before placing the order, it reads ships in 1-3 business days. After they get your money, the email states it will ‘be ready in 2-4 days’. When, after 4 days, I still did not receive any tracking info, I wrote to customer service. I was then told it takes 3-6 days just to make it. Ordered as a gift and was left with nothing to present on the day. WHST AN ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!! Avoid!

I brought 4 bracelets in 2017, over 650USD. In July 2024 one snapped, so I sent all 4 to have the string replaced. I figured 7 years wasn't a bad performance as I wear them all the time. Fast forward 2 months and I receive an email telling me I only sent 2 bracelets, they have been repaired, but it turns out one of the bracelets they say they received was a variant I didn't buy in the first place! Awaiting a resolution.

Excellent Quality. Thank you Eleanor for the great customer service. From ordering to delivery, everything on point. Quality bracelet can't wait to wear it and will certainly purchase again.
