I bought a bracelet with a beautiful labradorite stone in it. I broke it shortly after receiving it. Customer service was second to none. I reached out to Aurum and almost immediately heard back from Eleanor Barrett, Customer Support Specialist who was very responsive throughout the entire transaction. She offered me a complete repair/replacement of the stone immediately. My only cost was $15 for the return shipping. I received my new bracelet within two weeks! Thank you Eleanor & Aurum Brothers

My first dealing with Aurum Brothers resulted in the bracelet I had chosen not being suitable I was told that an exchange was totally possible & being my 1 st purchase i would not be charged for shipping The service I received from return to delivery of my new bracelet was exemplary I was informed at various stages how the exchange was going Within 10 days i received the bracelet ( i live in Australia)& am delighted with the result So not only does Aurum Brothers excel in their customer service but their jewellery is carefully crafted & detailed to ensure enjoyment for many years Aurum Brothers well deserve their 5 stars Franco Melbourne Australia

Excellent customer service and beautiful collection with high quality stones!

I truly don’t understand some of these reviews. Yes stones vary and yes some have a clasp and some have elastic as do most beaded bracelets. I appreciate their quality and bought many pieces from them. To me they are worth the money and as far as customer service they have been extraordinary. Some got sent back for resizing and only once was I charged a $15 service fee. And yes 2 bracelets out of 14 did snap and the warranty covered them completely. I believe you get what you give and understanding unusual shipping costs are up to the customer as it states clearly depending on country and tariffs, etc. all in all I have always received prompt and courteous service and have treated them with the same as well as prompt delivery to the US.

Broke my bracelet on the 2nd day of owning it (my fault I sized it too small). Sent an email and they had me ship it back along with another one I bought to resize both of them. Both bracelets came back perfect and I have been wearing them every day. Fantastic customer service and craftsmanship.

I just received a peridot bracelet and and I am very happy with the look and the feel of the piece. It pairs well with a peridot pinky ring I have and it will get a lot of wear. The quality appears very good and the stones have a nice refraction.

Awesome premium unique handcrafted gemstone bracelets & necklaces. Great customer service. I especially love their Labradorite collection. Top notch quality stuff that tells a story linked to geology & history. Not cheap (especially with import fees...sigh), but still see it as decent value considering many other bracelet companies are selling mass produced crap for higher prices. Highly recommend & dont really understand the negative reviews here.
