Nice looking collection of loose beads because their bracelets keep breaking. I paid and sent back to the Netherlands for a repair. Broke again, they got all sarcastic with me. Got a cheap trip of bracelets from Temu that are going strong after 2 years. Imagine being outperformed by Temu.

My braclet wire broke and all they said send it back to other side of world for a repair. Very expensive and poor quality I have spent thousands with this company and they couldn’t make it up to me avoid !

Extremely Extremely Extremely expensive. Over priced. They used to be quite reasonable but having looked at there website. It’s shocking. They’re going to lose customers.

Beautiful stones. Junk band. They use a stretch band for the larger stones and something that resembles fish line for the smaller stones. The stretch band bracelet has finally stretched to big to wear the bracelet. The second one broke 1 week after purchase, it took two months to replace it and the second one received broke as well. Over $300.00 wasted for two beautiful bracelets. A real shame.

The company has deteriorated the quality and stopped to offer decent products. They are not to be trusted, as they used to be. Recent order of bracelets claimed to include 2mm to 2.5 mm stones resulted in delivery of bracelets with 1mm to max 2 mm stones. It is obvious it is intentional practise, it is not a mistake. No comments needed.

WARNING TO UK CUSTOMERS! I bought a bracelet £215 and at checkout it says "free UPS shipping". I was therefore surprised to receive a demand for £62 from UPS for "charges". Buried on another page under "shipping" is the statement that the customer is responsible for any import duty/taxes. If this had been made clear at checkout i would not have bought this. The bracelet is OK but not exceptional.

The bracelet that came was thin and not like the picture. So way over priced for a cheap crummy piece of jewelry. Plus it's elastic. Crap!
