Purchased a bracelet off their website. Seller never shipped anything to me. Contact seller multiple times via their website. they NEVER respond.

An otherwise (seemingly) fine-, but small-stoned bracelet from Aurum Brothers is severely bogged down by a fiddly measuring process, excessive daily maintenance (no water, lotion, or sweat), shipping delays, and curt customer service. It requires far too much babysitting to justify the luxury price tag. Note: color in photos on website is better than what you receive in person. Stones are not as bright or colorful. Here is my honest breakdown Based on ordering 6 items, still waiting for resize of first 3 and receipt of last 3 items: Sizing Confusion: The measuring process is overly complicated. The ordering cart/instructions provided does not clearly explain how to measure your wrist properly, leaving too much room for sizing errors. The website needs more work on this area to be helpful to customers and prevent re-sizing and rework for crafts-persons Impractical Maintenance: The product looks beautiful, but it requires far too much care to wear constantly. You must avoid water, lotion, swimming, washing, showering, and perspiration entirely. You are also expected to constantly wipe down the natural stones with a cloth. Surly Customer Support: Shipping times are slow despite the website indicating 2-4 days to assemble items from date of receipt. When I reached out for assistance (so many times), I was repeatedly and consistently met with curt and surly semi-responsive customer service. Repairs are pricey (plus shipping). First re-sizing is allegedly free--indicative of the fiddly process and consistent problems in this area. Infrequent order and shipping status. Need some process improvement and better web instructions for better customer experience. You may want something less fiddly and more durable for daily wear. ...though their products are very fine looking (but pricey) for dressy occasions.

I truly don’t understand some of these reviews. Yes stones vary and yes some have a clasp and some have elastic as do most beaded bracelets. I appreciate their quality and bought many pieces from them. To me they are worth the money and as far as customer service they have been extraordinary. Some got sent back for resizing and only once was I charged a $15 service fee. And yes 2 bracelets out of 14 did snap and the warranty covered them completely. I believe you get what you give and understanding unusual shipping costs are up to the customer as it states clearly depending on country and tariffs, etc. all in all I have always received prompt and courteous service and have treated them with the same as well as prompt delivery to the US.

The company has deteriorated the quality and stopped to offer decent products. They are not to be trusted, as they used to be. Recent order of bracelets claimed to include 2mm to 2.5 mm stones resulted in delivery of bracelets with 1mm to max 2 mm stones. It is obvious it is intentional practise, it is not a mistake. No comments needed.

Needed a bracelet repaired. The service was quick and professional. Very happy to have my bracelet back, good as new!!

Broke my bracelet on the 2nd day of owning it (my fault I sized it too small). Sent an email and they had me ship it back along with another one I bought to resize both of them. Both bracelets came back perfect and I have been wearing them every day. Fantastic customer service and craftsmanship.

WARNING TO UK CUSTOMERS! I bought a bracelet £215 and at checkout it says "free UPS shipping". I was therefore surprised to receive a demand for £62 from UPS for "charges". Buried on another page under "shipping" is the statement that the customer is responsible for any import duty/taxes. If this had been made clear at checkout i would not have bought this. The bracelet is OK but not exceptional.

I just received a peridot bracelet and and I am very happy with the look and the feel of the piece. It pairs well with a peridot pinky ring I have and it will get a lot of wear. The quality appears very good and the stones have a nice refraction.
