AuraReviews of auraframes.com

After trying multiple digital picture frames, I can confidently say that Aura is by far the best brand in the market. Yes, they come with a higher price tag, but the premium experience they offer is absolutely worth every penny. One of the standout features of Aura frames is their seamless app integration. The user-friendly Aura app allows you to connect and manage multiple frames effortlessly. This has been a game-changer for our family. We have Aura frames for each of our family members living in different parts of the world, and it has become an incredible way for us to stay connected and share our lives visually. The ability to instantly share photos across these frames has brought us closer despite the physical distance. Another major win with Aura frames is the unlimited cloud storage. This feature is simply unbeatable! We never have to worry about deleting old photos to make room for new ones. It's such a relief to know that we can keep adding to our digital photo collection without any storage limitations. This unlimited storage, combined with the high-resolution displays (some models offering up to 2K resolution), ensures that our precious memories are always showcased in the best possible quality. What truly sets Aura apart is the build quality. These frames are built to last! The premium materials used in their construction, coupled with the sleek design, not only make them durable but also ensure they blend seamlessly with any home decor. The attention to detail in the design, from the textured finishes to the stable base, speaks volumes about the quality you're getting. The ease of use cannot be overstated. From the initial setup to the day-to-day management of photos, everything is intuitive and straightforward. Even family members who aren't particularly tech-savvy find it easy to use, which is a huge plus. In conclusion, we couldn't be happier with our Aura Digital Picture Frames! They've exceeded our expectations in every way - from the stunning display quality and robust build to the user-friendly app and unlimited storage. If you're looking for a digital frame that offers a superior experience and helps you stay connected with loved ones, look no further than Aura. It's an investment in quality that you won't regret!

I recently contacted Dorian at Aura who provided the best customer service, probably the best customer service I have ever experienced! Someone had deleted all of the photos from my frame and Dorian was able to track down who did it and gave me advice on how to get the frame back on track. Thank you, Dorian, for your keen investigative work and professionalism.

I was given an Aura frame for Christmas. At first I was excited, until I tried to activate it. Everything seemed to go well until it came to setting up the wifi. Apparently according to it my wifi doesn't exist, but all my other devices connect to my wifi with no problem. So what's the deal

If you want people to send photos to your frame, they need to create an account. They say this is for privacy but it's rubbish. All you should need to do is add their email address to an allow list. Unnecessary burden for family members who you want to send photos. Stop forcing people to create an account. Totally unnecessary. Just let me add their address to an allow list.

Awful. Can’t connect the on Christmas Day. Followed all the instructions. Unintuitive and unresponsive. Go for another brand. Loads of rubbish. Everyone disappointed including my mother.

I purchased this black screen for my mom’s Christmas present in 2023. Like my most products in this dystopian hell it didn’t last a year. It’s been a black screen for months and I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips that are as far from helpful as they can get. For example one of them is “reboot to factory settings” with no instructions on how to do that and no way to do that with the app. I guess my mom will just have to enjoy her $130 black screen with the memory of photos it displayed for nine months.

Product is good but if you have a problem forget about getting any basic help if it does not align 100% with a poorly programmed “virtual” assistant waste of time. You will even get surveys while you hope CS will respond to a pretty reasonable question. Just don’t buy their products because they don't deserve the business. No one is paying attention at all.

We were gifted an Aura frame about 3 years ago. Last month the screen went blank and on Thursday I reported it using a chatbot on the Aura support website. Two days later we have a new Carver frame working with our recovered photos. It was past the warranty period but they gave us a new one anyway. We are very impressed!
