Au Pair USA by InterExchangeReviews of aupairusa.org

Au pair USA is a great agency. But the program is not what it looks like. We are literally working here, it’s more about work, than the cultural interexchange.

This has been a great experience. I have never known myself better than I know now! I have met new people from different parts if the word and keep learning new English words every day!

Au Pair USA is the best Au Pair Program I’ve ever joined. They are super easy to join and very helpful when it comes to queries and problems. What they advertise is what you get, which is very rare because a lot of the Au Pair Programs will promise the world to you and once you have arrived at your destination, the things that were promised are forgotten. If you looking to join the program, I highly suggest joining Au Pair USA.

I did not have a positive experience as a fist time family of theirs and will not refer them.

Overall good. I came here back in January 2020 and after two months the pandemic started. That year I wasn't able to travel or do anything related, but the second year I was able to travel a little bit more and have fun. I wish I had more time due to the pandemic problems. My experience with the family had being amazing, the kids are so nice and adorables. I'm very lucky to be in a very nice family. With the agency have being amazing, the LCC'S always answers my questions and they are always willing to help.

Perfect I like the program

Communication with the agency has been inconsistent and extremely challenging as noted by another reviewer. Staff were late to scheduled calls, the telephone lines ring endlessly with no response, emails go unanswered and emails from the agency appear to be auto generated (based on the mismatched font type and color). I recommend using one of the many other agencies.

I did like to give 5Star Rating, but there was an issue with your connection.
