As a non-profit organization staffed by parents and world travelers, we understand the value of strong support!We believe that childcare should be more than just a service—it should be an enriching experience that connects families with the world.Our program is a Department of State-designated sponsorship that connects qualified international au pairs with host families across the United States.Unlike traditional daycare or nanny services, the Au Pair program offers unparalleled flexibility. An au pair lives in your home and can provide up to 45 hours of care per week and up to 10 hours per day.

Incredible staff and program
The staff are super welcoming and friendly, and always open to help where needed! I made it to the USA from South Africa and with my amazing host family!!

Everything, from the very start until I was in my host families home I was amazed with au pair usa by interexchange! Your support has been amazing. You guided me every step of the way, from leaving my home in Japan to arriving safely at my host family’s home. It gave me so much peace of mind, and I’m truly grateful for everything you did for me. I also had a wonderful time during the New York training.
