Been with different au pair agencies over the last 7 years so we're not new to this process. It's always been smooth and pleasant but this is the first time we've had some difficulties. With this agency everything was generally smooth and people above were nice starting from match to arrival. When it came time to deal with the local coordinator she was extremely inflexible with scheduling for meetings which was frustrating. Tried addressing the concern to the regional supervisor and she wasn't much help. She just wouldn't listen and kept trying to talk over me so I just gave up. Anyways, everything worked out at the end with a lot of effort put in. Life goes on. Thanks to the people that helped and I'll try to write off the not so nice ones as it's not fair to have them represent the entire agency.

We appreciate your patience with the scheduling frustrations, Alan. Hoping everything works out more smoothly going forward.
