Thank you for writing this review. Our most important priority is the health, safety and well-being of our au pairs, our host families and their children. And our experienced team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week should our au pairs need additional support at any time. We pride ourselves on our rigorous screening process which is designed to protect everyone’s interests and ensure our au pairs have the best possible experience on our program. Sometimes more information comes to light once an au pair arrives in the US and, in these cases, our aim is to work closely with the au pair to determine the best solution. We’re sorry you feel that the program did not work out for you as you would have hoped and we wish you all the very best for the future.
