Ordered yesterday, got it today! They shipped the same day, everything was packed properly, no damage! Came UPS signature required. No complaints!

I had reservations about buying from a small company. I ordered a 65: Sony 4K HDTV and when it arrived, I noticed the thin frame had a slight bend and the screen was warped. I refused the shipment. William was very helpful and stood behind the sale. When the Sony was returned, he shipped a new TV and send me the tracking information. The new HDTV arrived and had a unbent frame and clear screen. William was 100% professional and took ownership of the problem followed up with a phone call call to make sure I was happy. Great customer support and service!

I don't recommend this shop basically. But the price in this shop may be much lower than other shops frequently, and if you want to try this shop, you should call before placing an order to ask about the stock and the included items. My experience was the following. I ordered an DSLR camera. The order process in the web was not too bad, but I felt some strangeness because of a little late response. After that, the order was neglected (not shipped) for more than 10 days with no information at all. Finally, I made a call and I found they didn't have any stock, so I canceled the order. At first, I thought I would give 1 star to this shop. But the guy who was in the call was polite enough. So I gave the rating as 2 star.

Just received my brand new Samsung TV. Everything is working. Very smooth transaction and ill be shopping here again!

I placed an order for a Canon 70D camera with an 18-55mm lens. I did not receive any confirmation email so I contacted support (William/Wilhelm?) who was very polite. However he informed me that the kit I ordered did not come with either a battery or a battery charger. I told him that the product page had a clear picture of the items in the set, which included the battery and charger. Nowhere on the product page is there an actual list of what is, and what is not, included in the set. So the clear picture of a set of items reasonably leads to the assumption that those are included. He acknowledged that the page was not clear and explained that they source their products from many places, hence the discrepancy. He then attempted to up-sell me to a more expensive set which did include the charger and battery, plus other items... My main concern is that the products they are selling are not new, nowhere on the listing is there any mention of 'used' or refurbished' so buyers are certain to assume that the product is new. I am almost sure that Canon does not release unsealed boxes which do not include the battery charger. This site is clearly dishonest and I would strongly advise not using it. False product listings are sure to hide other problems with shipping etc. Hopefully my credit card has not been charged...
