Hi Mark, the master copy from the publisher has the same problem so they are redoing it. It should not be much longer.

I have received some great stories BUT …
I have received some great stories BUT I have down loaded five stories that appear to downloaded that I can not listen to and the only way to lsten to them is to perches them again. The HELP that I called was no help. They were polite and gave suggestion on how to regain the stories BUT they did not work and I had the feeling that I was bothering them with my request. There was not talk of refunding my money to perches the stories over again or any other help to get the stories in an usable format. Then there is the problem of moving the stories onto other devices that I can carry and listen too. If I had not received such good stories before and a few scene beefroe and after the bad copies, I would not given them such a good rating.

As I live in Australia I can't access any of the 50%off specials. Says not available in this country. Also I'm meant to get 50% off one book once a month but I I have always been charged full price

The publishers mandate which titles we can sell in which countries, we have no control over that. In regards to your 50% off your first book each month, you must use our website www.audiobooksnow.com or our Android app to get the deeply discounted club price. Club pricing is not available in our Apple app because Apple takes 30% of every transaction. The good news is, your 50% discounts roll over each month so you have not lost anything.
