Kendel is a very kind professional employee. She spent a large amount of time with me and her patience and knowledge were a great help. She helped me realize I was wearing my hearing aids upside down. They worked but now they work perfectly. I cannot thank her enough for her patience as I am a senior and tech stuff is hard. I would greatly appreciate her being acknowledged for the assistance she gave me. She went the extra mile with my orders also.
