According to our database your order was received on March 24, 2014 Time: 06:34 p.m PDT Then the order was replied with NOT FOUND result on May 1, 2014 Time: 03.56 a.m. PDT and was refunded on May 8, 2014 Time: 04.22 p.m. PDT. Please note the whole process took one months but not three as you stated. Unfortunately we were unable to unlock your handset even repeated IMEI submission efforts were taken. It caused the unlock process to take longer than usual, and resulted in an unusual failure. On rare occasions, due to technical issues beyond our control, this can happen. However, as per our terms and conditions, a full and unconditional refund has been issued. Sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused you.
