Really Disapointed with service
Unfortunately I have to say I'm really disappointed with your service. I paid for two orders, the first order placed on may 5, for tradicional service cost usd 35, until now i have not news (more than 3 moths) The second service I paid, was the express service, It cost usd 60, after 45 days they have returned my money.

Excelent choice to unlock your iPhone
I've tried several times to unlock my iPhone's (AT&T) with ebay users, but got no good news since may. But after a good search two weeks ago, I found this site. At first I thought that could be some fraud, but after check few sites and people comments, I decided to took the chance. After 5 days, my iphone's got unlocked. So if you're having problem to unlock it, use this site, it's the best one to do this kind of service. Tks!

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
I PAID FOR THE 1-20 BUSINESS DAY UNLOCK BACK ON 5-21-14 ITS NOW 8-2-14 AINT NO WAY IN HELL IT TAKE THAT LONG TO UNLOCK A IPHONE. I HAVE PLENTY EXPERIENCE UNLOCKING & JAILBREAKING AND THIS BY FAR IS THE WORST SITE TO USE FOR UNLOCKING. ALL THEY E-MAIL ME BACK IS "ITS PENDING" WE SUBMITTED IT FOR UNLOCK... ALL I WANT IS A REFUND BUT THEY DONT WANT TO HERE THAT. THIS SITE SUCK AND IF THIS REVIEW GETS SEEN BY ANYONE ELSE PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.. PS: I DIDNT WANNA GIVE 1 STAR BUT I HAD TO

Totally disappointed - no service, no money back
After three months I decided to finally leave a bad feedback as I was hoping for this to work out, but it didn't. Two months after the order was made they told me that they ar looking for a way to refund my money, but since then I did not hear anything from them and they do not reply to my emails. That is not how you want to treat your customers. Would never recommend this website to others.

Disappointed. They do not reply once your unlock does not go through and block you from their FB page
Pls stay away. I havent got my money back. Nothing more to say. I have also been blocked from their FB page. I would not have posted any comments on their page if they had replied to my queries. I have opened a Paypal dispute with them.

Worst Serivice
It’s passed the offered delivery service date and the phone is not unlocked yet. Instead of stating the facts or refunding the money for the service they cannot deliver, they tell you stories and plays the victims. Totally BS.

Untrustworthy, take money and no service, empty promises
its been over three weeks and nothing, I think it is not a legitimate company, go somewhere else. They challenge every review that is not five star.

However, unfortunately, unlock for your IMEI failed and we had already refunded you. The delivery time is not strict and you can find such info in the User Agreement and the description to the service. Sorry for inconveniences P.S. We report reviews that came not from our customers (without Order ID) or refers to other websites or spam with links to other services.

I wouldn't trust them!
The website advertises 5-15 business days unlock for iPhone 5 It has been almost a month for me and the only reply I got from these guys was "its in the process - we will email you when its ready" Also as soon as I submitted an order I started getting much more spam mail to the email account I used - may or may not be related, but nevertheless! What a joke. I requested full refund, let's see if this takes them just as long.

As to the delivery time it never was strict which had been clearly written in the User Agreement and the description to the service. More than that, we warned our consumers that AT&T unlocking is delayed right now if you look at the description to the package and our News category. But again sorry for any inconveniences.
