Was told that my unlock will be delivered to me in 1-5 days a month ago but still no unlock. Every email inquiry sent was replied with an automated message saying they're still working on it. I would try another company before trying this one for unlocks.

Either I have bad luck or the other reviews are fake as I have been legitimately waiting 10 days now and still not unlocked. They state it would take 1-5 days, but now on 10th day. Contacted them and they told me you still have to wait, so not sure how these other people got theirs so quickly. Not happy at all !

5 workings have passed and they haven't even replied my emails, i sent a message to know if i had to purchase the expensive package to unlock my phone since i'm traveling overseas and i need my phone unlocked but im starting to think that im going to leave without my phone.

with reference to my Oder Number - DU_079F3B50804DF645106F which was registered on 23rd December 2014, i am still awaiting for unlock confirmation. the service says 1-10 days and it is already more than 15 working(business) days.

I have now been waiting 22 working days they don't respond to messages wife ordered unlock from somewhere else for her at@t phone hers was done ages ago. Customer support is very bad.

Your frustration due to the fact that the service takes long is certainly understood. Nowadays AT&T unlocking is not stable and delays are not excluded like it's said in the description to the package and the article in the News category. Have paid $25 on Oct 11th but still no response for 5S unlock though they have reduced their pricing & delivery time to 10 business days. but still my 5s locked after more than 15 business days.. I ordered my service on the 1st of October and this is the 25th and it has yet to be done. This is my 2nd order with them and this is one is not like the first that was done quickly. Order ID: DU_39FCED687EB041CBBD3F This is November 4, over 30 days ago that I ordered their service. No word from them, no status update. Very frustrating.I would have appreciated them letting me know if they can't do it and simplyoffer me a refund rather than making me wait endlessly.
