I ordered the Express - Premium 1-7 days service on April 18th, 2014 and have yet to receive email of my unlock being done as of today May, 6th. All I see is "pending" status on website along with support emails of unlock request was delivered and accepted. Prompt replies on supports end but I would like to know what's the hold up? I am not very happy right now but remaining optimistic.

I placed my order 24 days ago, I paid for the service of 1 to 21 days, I'm still waiting, not very happy now...

Excellent service - fast and friendly I thought my phone might be a write-off but they repair my phone. Thanks.

I ordered the "In contract unlock service" For my iPhone 5 for $45. It said "delivery 1-14 business days". The order was placed on March 10 and only on April 15 I got my phone unlocked. All together this is 26 working days. Why so long? Here is the trick: the delivery time they are showing is what it takes THEM to deliver the unlock request to AT&T. The processing time on the AT&T side seems to be out of their control. In my case it took the remaining 12 or more days. Overall however I am satisfied as I got what I paid for and I can now enjoy the freedom of using my unlocked iPhone 5!

I want to get my iPhone 4 (bought brand new in NYC's Apple Store 4 years ago) to get unlocked. After careful consideration, I went with this company as they replied fairly quick to my emails. Ordered the slow service on 14/01/2014. As stated on their own website (max 21 days). Now (a total of 99 days and several emails later), I STILL haven't received the unlock. When asked for a refund, they say it is not possible.

Dear Consumer, your iPhone was successfully unlocked and it was much faster than in 21 days. Please check spam/junk folder as sometimes emails go there. Have a nice day!
