Fast money back
Was not unlocked iphone 6s plus. But they quickly returned my money. No fue desbloqueado mi iphone, Pero me devolvieron rápidamente mi dinero.

Good service but not always reliable
I ordered my unlock on 15.15.2014 this took 19 days to have a result, I emailed them on december first, they telled me they expect result this week and as they said I got my reply on december 4th but unfotunatly IT was NOT FOUND because of wrong network. I Was sure I had AT&T....So I tried on another site, this time I got my iphone unlocked and in only 3 days. I was disapointed with their service of unlocking I feel like they just picked my money :( .....But after ALL I GOT a partial REFUND of 10$ wich I appreciate.

We received Not Found results so we checked the IMEI to find out why. Here are the results of iPhone network checker: MODEL: IPHONE 4 16GB BLACK A1332 GSM IMEI: 0128XXXXXXX8028 SERIAL: 881XXXXXA4S FIND MY iPHONE: OFF HW WARRANTY: Out of Warranty (0 days) PHONE SUPPORT: No phone support (0 days) PURCHASE DATE: 2010-07-24 PRODUCT SOLD BY: APPLE INITIAL CARRIER: UK FLEXIBILE APPLE CHANNEL DEFAULT ACTIVATION POLICY PURCHASE COUNTRY: UNITED KINGDOM SIM-LOCK STATUS: LOCKED *I put X's into IMEI and serial as it is a confidentional info. As you see, iPhone is locked to UK FLEXIBILE APPLE CHANNEL DEFAULT ACTIVATION POLICY and was purchased in Great Britain where you can't find AT&T carrier. According to the User Agreement https://att-iphone-unlock.com/terms-conditions/ there is no refund for the wrong carrier or -$5 fee. But we took $1.99 only. So I placed an order for a 5s unlock code which would take 1-20 days, so I decided to take a nap and imagine my surprise once I awoke. This being the 26th business day and I'm still locked up. Oh wait I did get a kind email: Dear Consumer, your iPhone is in the unlocking process at this moment. We are waiting for the results from day to day. Unfortunately AT&T servers are down right now which doesn't allow us to get unlock. But we will do it ASAP. Forgive me if I seem condescending or cynical but in this world of hustles one does wonder. It's truly nice though to read recent reviews of others that have just reported being unlocked in 5 days.

not a scam! but can be very slow....
i ordered it July 1st and got a response in August 15 that my phone can not be found....they asked me if i wanted to try an express service for unfound phones. I agreed. I finally got my phone unlocked in September 20th! I guess better late then never....

3 months and status still pending
Ordered on 6/3/2014. The status is still pending. I unlocked another IPhone earlier and it was completed in 23 days. Still hopefull.

Express Premium 1-7 Days iPhone 5S
I ordered the Express - Premium 1-7 days service on April 18th, 2014 and have yet to receive email of my unlock being done as of today May, 6th. All I see is "pending" status on website along with support emails of unlock request was delivered and accepted. Prompt replies on supports end but I would like to know what's the hold up? I am not very happy right now but remaining optimistic.
