Worst place I have ever done business with. Currently taking a route I did not want to have to go with them. I purchased a transmission from them in 2018 that didn’t last 10months and I called them about the warranty on April 15 2019 and they told me it would be 14 business days from then to receive the transmission. I didn’t receive it till June 3rd after receiving numerous invalid tracking numbers. After it finally reached my location my torque converter didn’t get here till I called them. Once I called they acted like they sent it out and said it would be 2 days it ended up being 5. Then I spend another $750 to have it installed it throws the code for shift solenoids. Call them around June 20th or so and ask them what I should do and they said I would receive them in 2 days. I called back 5 days later received same answer. I purchased them myself because I was tired of getting the run around. Today is June 3rd and I’ve wasted $1034 on this transmission, so much time and $1600 on removal and installation between both times for the transmission to run fine shifting through manually in first and second but 3rd and 4th clutch plates are worn out to the point where 3rd is barely there and 4th just slips if you give it acceleration. This is ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The transmission has been installed and works. Communication about shipping and tracking was lacking. It took a long time to receive the transmission. If you are in a hurry to get the transmission you will be disappointed.

I ordered a replacement transmission for my 2006 GMC sierra a year ago.Good price , delivered on time, works great & good communication.

Have a 1994 s10 ss with 236000 miles. Tranny needed replacing. Installed rebuilt 4l60e, worked great for a week, then started to hard shift 1-2. Worked with Kevin, replaced all sensors, still had hard shift. Kevin offered to replace transmission. Ordered PCM from Flagship One, installed it and my transmission works like it should. Installed transmission cooler, and have a 5 year warranty from A1Transmission. I was happy with the way I was treated. Kevin wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer, I wanted a truck that shifted right.

Kept their word!
