I purchased a 1500 Ballistics Laser and received a 1000 instead of the 1500. I called the customer service number over 100x and NO ONE ever picked up - I also emailed the customer support email they have posted to use should you have any issues with your order and I did - Over 50x !!! and Still NO ONE has gotten back to me. I have been doing this for the past 4x weeks . ATN is HORRIBLE Customer Service - I think Im going to open a case against them with the BBB and Retail Federation - Also report them as Conducting FRAUD to the Federal Consumers Protection Services. They want to be slick and take money from hard working people , They have Something else coming !!!! Screw ATN !!!!

I bought a thermal rifle scope from them, it didn't work. I returned it and was promised they would fix it, they did not. I returned it again and they promised to replace it with other scopes that equaled the cost of the one I bought and I have not heard from them since. I am considering going to the BBB for help. Do Not buy any product from ATN. I gave them one star because it is the least I could give them.

While the equipment they sell is excellent, the customer service is abysmal. There is an item missing from a recent order. I emailed them 3 messages. They replied to one 11 days ago saying they'd get to me when they got to me. Still haven't heard from them. The only reason this wasn't 1 star is because of the equipment. Customer service deserves -10 stars. Horrible.

Terrible experience overall... I honestly never leave reviews, but this company has left me so frustrated at every turn. 1. Purchasing on the site was impossible, a representative had to provide a Paypal invoice directly. Since it was purchased, I have not heard back from him on anything. 2. Product has no user friendly instructions/software (Thermal Entry Wizard). Currently having issues getting the software and the device to talk on a second pc. The stand that comes with the product does not come with any hardware to use it. I had to get creative to get it to work. 3. As I have had issues, I tried reaching out. No way to get in touch with anyone via email, their support page or chat. I have not tried calling yet, as I have not had time, but what is the point of having 3 other options if I am not able to use them?

Just got my ATN Thor LT series thermal rifle scope. I went through the functions seems really easy to do and I can't wait to try that one shot zero.

before purchasing an ATN product please consider that they discontinue products regularly. In my case, an expensive night vision scope is not repairable after 6 years. They won't even LOOK at it. I mailed it to them and they didn't even open it. They just put postage on my box and mailed it back. "Unfortunately we will not be able to service that unit as it has been discontinued. We apologize for the inconvenience" That is a $3500 inconvenience. And no one else works on them.

I recently ordered an ATN 4k Pro sight. It has been over a month now and not only did I never receive the sight, but have been unable to get a hold of anyone via phone or email or through PayPal. I never received one email from them about my order. I escalated the case with PayPal a few days ago just so I can get my money back. So to echo others sentiments; ATN has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, probably because it doesn't exist.

ATN has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I’ve called Oliver and Nick 4 times each and left messages and also emails and nothing. If I was gonna buy a thermal I’d get a Pulsar. You pay high dollar for a product you would think they would have good customer service. So I recommend not to buy from ATN.
