I purchased my atn x sight 4K pro 3-14 I purchased from pyramyd air not even 2 months in the product begin not holding zero pyramyd air customer service was terrible to the point can’t even get in touch with anyone so I decided to try to contact atn! Man we’re they helpful my rep was Kenny acres and he exceeded my expectations of what I thought was customer service not only did Kenny help me with my problem he greatly understood my frustration and the cost of this product and explained to me that atn does not accept their product to be have this way so graciously Kenny acres upgraded my unit to the 5-20 model! Didn’t ask to send in for repair and wait for the unit to come back refurbished no a brand new unit thank you atn and Kenny awesome customer service to whom decides to buy a atn product do not buy third party reach out to atn your self and if you want best of the best experience if possible ask for Kenny acres!

I returned a nightvision scope for repair back on Jan 15th, 2021. Early February they emailed that they received and were evaluating the return. I left a msg every month since then and the status was always "received and evaluating". I finally was abled to get through to a human today (April 21st). The support person was nice and told me the warranty was out of date, the tube was bad and had no parts to repair it. No one called me about the unit nor contacted me about the repair. To make matters worst, never return my expensive unit. BUYERS BEWARE, their service is horrible and they fail to stand by their products. For the money they charge, I can't express enough, you may risk the same fate with this company.

There Customer service is the worst and non-existent. I sent my scope back to be repaired and have to idea where it is or if it is gone. I have not been able to receive any info of its existence. Today I called, AGAIN, to check on status, now there automated phone system is stating that I don't have a scope in there company for repair. What is going on? Tried many times to contact, left several voicemail messages, no contact yet. Also contacted via email and that didn't work either. They've had my scope since early Feb. 2021 and it doesn't exist TODAY? No successful way to contact ATN, tried all there support systems with no success. WORRIED

I bought a pair of ATN Bino-HD night vision binoculars. Amazing spec and well designed. However when I had a problem - that’s where the disappointment began. I was asked if I wanted a repair or replacement. As the fault was apparent when received I requested a replacement. The prism was damaged. When I first fitted the sd card the rubber door flap broke off. Many weeks later I received the replacement. Except when I opened the packaging I found out it was a repair with no reference to my request, explanation or apology with reasons - nothing. Whilst the prism was repaired, the rubber flap was still broken. When I looked through the eyepiece, I was dismayed to see the IR transmitter was not aligned with the viewing angle, so I could only see half the image at night. A basic Quality Control check would have picked up both these problems, but it was clearly not done. I contacted the seller (not ATN directly), I was instructed to wait and they would speak with ATN. I was later contacted to say send it back, we’ll give you a refund. They had been talking to ATN all morning and have decided never to stock or sell any ATN products again. I’m not surprised! You will also not be surprised I can recommend that you don’t buy any of their products, good as they may be, if anything goes wrong, you’d wish you had not. I cannot therefore in all honesty recommend them as a company to deal with. I would like to have given them zero stars...👎🏻

ATN has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I own two high dollar scopes and am regretting purchasing them because of their customer service. My X-sight Pro seems to work fine. No complaints. I also have a ThOr 4 thermal. It freezes up at least once every outing. Their recommended update apparently doesn't work for my scope. They promised an exchange, but I still haven't received the promised RMA paperwork in order to return my item.

Ordered ATN a pair of refurbished BinoX on 01-27-2020 as of today have not received anything. called to get a status report no one answer the phone,send several e-mails no response.Seems like a scam (and they have the nerves to state that they procecute fraud?they are the fraud). Filing a conplaint with my credit card company for credit and the BBB. ATN is a scam,cheating people during a pandemic,should be locked up.

I ordered some binoculars and I never received them. I have tried to contact them numerous times and cannot get anyone to help me. Their customer service is terrible

Ordered ATN BinoX 4k 4-16X, out of box will not turn on. Contact online and they tell me it needs a reboot an online update, because I did something wrong. This is out of the box. I got today and have decided to return. If a product requires repairs out of the box it is then junk.
