Best customer service ever. I purchased an ATN Thor 4 640 2.5-25 and needed to exercise the warranty on the product. The customer service rep I talked with was very knowledgeable about my product and helped me figure out whether I could resolve the problem I was having or whether I needed to send it in for repair. After a quick diagnostics I needed to send it in for repair. The turn around was going to take up to 6 weeks but I found that not to be the case. After 2 weeks I was contacted with the shipping information of my returning thermal scope. Other obstacles arose on the return because I was out of town when the scope arrived and required a signature but with a call to ATN, they took care of that as well. Scope is working spectacular and I am elated at the service and communication levels of ATN and their support personnel. I just wished that other company's out there would approach customer service with this level of commitment. I will definitely buy from this company again.

A week ago I was looking at pricing on the atn 4K pro. I asked if a certain discount is available and they said yes and they gave me a price which was a really good deal but I still wanted to do my research on the product. Today I message them on there site and tell me it’s 799 for a atn 4K pro 3-14 x I explain to him he’s talking about the 5x and then proceeds to tell me the price I’m talking about is a refurbished one. I explained to the gentleman that o was given a quote on a new 4K pro 3-14 for 470$. He’s like absolutely not. So looks like reps get to make there own pricing

My experience with ATN has been awesome. I purchased a THOR 4 384 7x28 in October of 2020 and began having a few issues during the hunting season of freezing screen. I waited until October of 2021 to attempt a firmware update and reset with the help of ATN online in that little box that no one likes to click on where you text back and forth. Low and behold it was an actual person who emailed me the exact steps to follow. Once I followed the steps I was having the same issue, let me back up just a little bit, when I first pulled my scope in '21 the screen looked like an old fuzzy tv screen!! I immediately emailed Kelley back and was given an RMA in minutes and sent my scope back on a Friday. The following Wednesday I had a new scope with plenty of extras delivered to my home before noon!!! I am very pleased with the product itself and the customer service has been amazing!!

They do their dealers dirty. ATN runs two shell companies out of the same building in Miami called "The Optics Guru" and "Force Technologies" They compete against their own dealers, they make the dealers follow MAP pricing, but then often sell under MAP with these shell companies, undercutting their own dealers.

Contacted ATN about there upgrade program. When looking at it, the program did not say anything about upgrading a gen1 x sight. I reached out and Milen contacted me from ATN and gave me the info on how to go about upgrading my gen1 xsight. I followed her instructions to locate the serial number and being a gen1 they were put on as a sticker, not engraved in the scope. We went back and forth trying all the ways to find it and in the end, no luck with the serial number. Milen emailed me everyday with updates on how to upgrade it. I was able to get an upgrade and get some money off of the new one. I am more than happy with the world class service Milen gave me through the process. Thank you Milen for your help through the process. I am a customer for life because of Milen. Thabk You

Contacted ATN customer service today. I needed a replacement eyecup and charger cable. Worked with MY from there California office. She was prompt and courtesy. She communicated well in the emails and got me fixed up with the parts I needed for my Thor 4 4.5 x 18. There a very busy company and email is best way to contact them. Give ATN a try youll be happy.

I have several of their thermal and night vision products. Problems with all of them and you can't get in contact with anybody. I've called and emailed. Buy something else !

I purchased a factory refurbished ATN X-Sight Pro 3-14 and I am very pleased with the quality and abilities of the scope. Easy to sight in and use. I later bought the IR850 Pro and WOW, enjoy it even more. Love the app and the ability to see what is going on. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE PURCHASE!
