Purchased a Xsight 4k day night scope, and like it alot, took a few minutes to look through all the menus and get a feel for it and can’t wait to take it to the field and try it out on some hogs. Had to contact atn about some replacement accessories and Milen (My) answered the email within 24hrs and provided me with everything I needed.

I purchased a ThOR 4 scope that had some issues from the factory, so I decided to call ATN to see how best to remedy the problem. I spoke to Faris from customer support and he was very helpful and friendly. He thoroughly talked me through the process of sending the scope back for repairs.

I purchased both the atn blaze and binox from optics planet and had 2 seperate inquiries. So I emailed ATN customer service a few times and no response. ZERO COMMUNICATION! I have a youtube channel and was planning on including their lack of customer service in the review. How hard is it to reply to emails? I waited over a week. This is an important issue for my viewers!
