Chamberlain Was great to work with and helped me through every step of the process on getting my hands on a new blaze trek!

Chamberlain was extremely helpful, answering all of my questions about the new 10x42 binoculars. This is the 4th item I have bought from ATN and I've been happy with the other 3. I can't wait to try the binoculars.

First off the customer support was amazing.. Chamberlain made sure the needs of the consumer were met and addressed all issues. Also insured I was getting my money's worth in ATN product.

The thor 4 640 and customer service are both junk. After calling multiple times for a return label and never receiving it,(because they somehow changed my email) I finally get a label just in time for my 30 days to be up. they then tell me I've never called asking for a return label and I have one. they tell me it isn't in the system so to bad. I have the damn label they say was never sent and still don't give a damn. no wonder they aren't BBB accredited. Spend your money elsewhere these guys are trash

I contacted customer service via email to see if I could order the eye cup for my ATN Thor LT that I unfortunately lost. My customer service rep Milen or "My" responded back in minutes stating that they would send me a replacement free of charge as a one time thing. I was very surprised and thankful! ATN is doing things right! John

Recently I contacted ATN in order to get my scope serviced. ATN responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and "My" the representative that helped me was very helpful and offered a solution right away. I really like and recommend companies like ATN that stand behind their products.
