i had a gen II scope that i purchased several years ago. i recently started to have issues with the unit and contacted ATN to see about getting it services. i was quickly contacted by "Ms. Milen" and she help walk me through the process of getting it repaired. She also offered me an opportunity on a trade in that is accepted.
