ATNReviews of atncorp.com

ATN was not only prompt but very helpful in working to understand my issues and provide resolution. And, this is not the first time. Both events were caused by human error and not the scope, a THOR 4. Nonetheless, the ATN customer service Milen was very prompt and helpful. This positive response is consistent with all my interactions.

Chamberlain has been very helpful, getting me exactly what i needed.

I recently purchased a scope and after several attempts at connecting their app failed I called and I was told I needed to send the scope in. My first thoughts are it’s brand new and should have been checked before it was sent out and these scopes are packed very well. My sales person was amazing however their customer support is very lacking. Ultimately, I am sending my scope in for a full refund and checking on alternatives. Should not have this type of experience right out of the box. The scope was an ATN Thor 5 LRF 5-20x series so they’re branded spanking newest version.

Great customer service. Needed help with an order and the agent (Chamberlain) was on top of things, and even provided assistance with a promo code. Top notch service!

Bought the ATN ThOR4 a couple seasons ago. What a great purchase. I was planning on sharing videos of my hunts on social media but just haven’t had the time to make the content. Definitely worth every penny spent. Great customer service and MY is it my favorite scope in the arsenal. Brandon
