The wait time was more than acceptable but what made the call was my representative, Kelly Prince. She was courteous, patient, knowledgeable and thorough right from the start and it continued that way for the entirety of the call. Kelly was able to take care of my issue and got me all set within just a few moments. She also helped set up an account for me. She was fantastic!

I spoke with Kelly Prince today in regards to a problem with my ATN Thor 4. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She issued me a RMA and explained what I needed to do to package and and ship it correctly. She said once they receive it, it would be a 5 to 10 day turnaround. Kelly Prince did a great job trying to resolve the issue over the phone. Unfortunately the scope needed to be returned for a fix or replacement, but she provided the RMA and shipping label at the time of the phone call.
