One of the vital cartridges I ordered came with a cross threaded gasket on the bottom, I had to use tools to get the bottom off for filling, found that the gasket is broken and cross threaded into the removable bottom part

What product?
You are asking me to review a product that I have not received yet. How stupid are you? Why don't you tell me where the product is? That would be helpful. This is highly absurd.
