The quality of the Kiln RA has gotten very bad. Customer service doesn't exist I have sent several messages to them and have NEVER gotten a response. The replacement atomizer shows on the website but you can't order it. What the hell is going on with this company

I was looking to buy a non-orange VICOD but that model disappeared from your website.So I *bought* the RUVA and waited for shipping info, eventually to find out that it too was no longer available. I agreed to accept an Astra II, along with a replacement for my reliable but broken Aegis ll (under warranty), for which I was grateful. Alas the Astra is poorly designed and nearly useless, but at least I have another Aegis ll...

The anodized chamber is nice, but it doesn’t hold much. Twisting the tip to remove and replace it gets more difficult as residue builds up around the mouth of the chamber. I prefer the magnetic tip like the Ruva has. The vaporizer heats up and charges fast but my biggest negative is that the vaporizer doesn’t ever vibrate or do anything to alert when ready or otherwise.

Lots of shipping delays. Finally got it. It works good. I expected better that’s why I bought the device from Atmos not a local store.

Shipping charge was for "expedited delivery". This was not/did not manifest it self. FedEx shipping can be done in 3 days. It took 8 days which is not expedited shipping, nor was it worth the extra fee. The product is fine and seems too be good quality.
