Over charge for a initial chat. Insurance covered some but not all. Message on their platform go unnoticed. Calls back when it's convenient for them. Been trying to see a doc for over a week. Time to switch health care provides. Not one prescription has been refilled.

I'd give no stars, actually. How can you charge someone over $500 dollars for an appointment that is less than 60 minutes and add extra charges, saying it's "Therapy" when you are diagnosing someone? Going over the "time limit" when that wasn't even mentioned during the appointment before or after? We, the patient, have to call and figure out the extra charges... You just scam people out of their money and just give out drugs. You aren't looking to actually help and heal people; you just want money.

Oh boy talk about glitches with signing in and patient portals!!!! It happened back in June 2026 when I was brand new to Conviva Senior Primary Care and got in a confusing loop of more than one log in between AthenaHealth + CenterWell and Conviva. For some reason, that glitch seemed to work itself out and I was able to log in. NOW September 2026 I had left that first Conviva Senior Primary Care and gone to another location and doctor. Well, I get email/text notifications that I have test results HOWEVER I simply cannot log in and it is a bit different this time. I even went through another exercise from AthenaHealth and CenterWell to get logged in ... NOPE it cycles me back to square one. I FRANKLY GIVE UP AT THIS POINT. SO CONVIVA-CONFUSING. Time to change health plans!!!

They do not care about the patient. Only the dollar. I recently missed an appointment due to breaking my foot and being in the ER, and they basically blackballed me from ever making an appointment again, despite me being prescribed Suboxone by them. They'll prescribe a powerful, physically addictive drug to you, then cut you off the minute you disrupt their efficiency in making money. Don't put yourself in this situation. Find someone else besides Athena. A local Dr. is probably best, but if you must use online, don't go the Athena route.

I had to go to a different computer to complete the patient intake form because they blocked access through my VPN. Please STOP assisting the war on user privacy that's being waged by Google, Cloudflare and others.

They continued the same treatment that had been unsuccessful, tried to remove deep scabs without lidocaine. Gaslighted concerning infection, insisting that I was being unreasonable. turns out that I have the infection and could’ve gone into sepsis with their help. They are an inferior healthcare provider use them at your own peril.

The billing went wrong and the scheduling. And Athena Health portal. Check it out but it looks like they are using AI for billing and maybe scheduling. I would have liked notice if this is true! In the past when I had an appointment I was notified by text or e-mail.Recently I was charged an exorbitant amount for an appointment I did not schedule or attend and was not notified of. Beware and don’t bother calling billing because they don’t speak English. Are they AI too? I feel sorry for the doctors who really want to practice medicine.

My Drs office sent me a portal invite. I created a profile. Im able to log on to the portal via the web, but NOT the app itself. I contacted my Drs office, they said nothing else they can do and to contact Athena. I cant get anywhere with Athena either! Its a simple request! I can log on via the web. I just want it linked to my actual athena APP!!!
