I would like to have a paid option where I can call tech support and not do chat or email.

Poor support. Lacking basic features. They tried to hop on the AI wagon but it doesn't offer any valuable function whatsoever. For the same price, Syncro is a lot better.

Atera has been amazing in saving us time and money using Autopilot

AI slop factory Good pricing on paper, but the actual platform feels neglected. The company is busy chasing the AI hype by adding "copilot" features while real issues remain unresolved. Can't update software even the old version has long gone end of life. Can't monitor disk usage in actual units rather than procentages. Their Agents often report incorrect information. AI generated AD campaigns are just cherry on top and clearly show where the company priorities are. This company has become a laughing stock at this point.

I decided to test this software with a view to using it within my new business as a local IT support company. Having installed it on one of my trusted customers sites to test, I found after a few days I had been locked out. It appears that there had been some suspicious activity???? After some back and forth with support it would appear that the only way to re-open the account was to provide the company registration documentation. I am a sole trader at the moment and therefore have no such documentation, however atera insisted that I sent it anyway. After many emails I am at an impasse no account until I provide a document I cannot supply. Long and short is I will look elsewhere for a solution. Addition I have spoken to someone within Atera who very quickly sorted the account, was very professional and dealt with my issues. I am happy to say I can now continue with my trial with confidence. It seems to have been mainly automated responses that caused the problems.

Great product easy to use makes dealing with multiple clients a breeze.
