Updating our fleet of laptops and pc became much easier. Inventory also improved.

They constantly change the UI without testing properly. I cannot seen the full manual time entry screen now on my laptop because it disappears off screen. I have to constantly zoom to do this, which becomes tedious fast. We went from a visible working UI to this. I raised it but they didn't want to pass to the devs without account admins etc getting involved. If you get this product expect a UI to change every 3-6 months

The new features are great - saving a lot of time and optimizing repetitive tasks. The platform itself is user friendly and easy to work with. We also love the app center and how it can save costs.

נתקלתי בכמה בעיות משמעותיות. החיבור מרחוק למחשבים אינו תמיד אמין, ולעיתים אין התאמה בין מצב התחנה בפועל לבין מה שמוצג במערכת. בנוסף, חלק מהנתונים אינם מתעדכנים בזמן אמת. הבעיה החמורה ביותר היא שבחשבונות של חברות נפרדות לחלוטין (טננטים נפרדים), כאשר התחברתי אליהם מאותו מחשב, הופיעו לעיתים תיקטים של חברה אחרת בחשבון שאינו שייך לה. אם מדובר בתקלה במערכת ולא במקרה נקודתי, הדבר מעורר חשש רציני להפרדת מידע בין לקוחות ועלול להוות סיכון אבטחת מידע. עבור מערכת המיועדת לניהול לקוחות ונתונים עסקיים, זו בעיה מהותית.

In one hour, I received 7 ads of you on youtube. This way of harassement is bothering me. So I find your product annoying and not good for me. With this spam, you lost a customer. I will never and ever use your app.

Would like to see improvement on the ticketing system, maybe with templates. Very confusing and still having issues.

Everything is simple and streight forward. Not too many bells and whistles to get in the way of getting things done.
