I discovered Podcastle recently because I moved and my new place has way more background noise. It never fails that when I am recording my podcast then someone starts mowing their yard or several planes go by overhead. My new place is also hotter, so my AC and a fan are both running when I record. And last, but not least my roommate still has a landline with an answering machine which is set at loudest level because she has a hard time hearing. Now imagine recording with all of that going on in the background - NOISY! Podcastle to the rescue! I upload my podcast recording to Podcastle use their AI Magicdust and voila! All my background noise is gone and my voice is boosted to sound like I record in a studio. It is amazing!!! It would take me hours upon hours to try to get rid of that background stuff. If and that’s a big if, I could even do it. Podcastle is a life saver!!!

Podcastle makes my life 100% easier. I tried other podcasting software and the quality was either crap or they were overly complicated. I use it for my podcast and for meditation & hypnosis audios. The audio quality is awesome and it has cut my editing time by over half. I HIGHLY recommend Podcastle.

Podcastle is very easy to use and has many valuable features. I am a novice with Technology, and I was able to use the system right away. I have been using Podcastle for 4 months now and I am extremely happy with their AI tools for enhancing video and sound quality. I have found them to be much better than other editing software I use.

In less than 6 hours I was able to upload my previously recorded podcast, edit (and it sounded much better), and be published across most all platforms.

Starting my PodCast off, I was looking for a software that would take care of our needs. Podcastle did just that. They provided me the tools I needed to be successful. With how easy it is to use, that helped me stay focused on how much more I could do.

Whenever I have an issue - account or technical - they respond with speed and intelligence. It’s a highly impressive service and shows what’s possible if you want to give excellent customer service.

TLDR: Very happy with the customer service. I have minimal experience with the app itself - it seems like it has some good functionality for what it does - but the customer service is what I'm reviewing. Lisa and Tatev were both very helpful in getting me a refund when I accidentally let my free trial turn into a paid subscription without cancelling. The free trial is connected to a year membership, so if you don't cancel, you get charged for the full year, but customer service was understanding enough to give me a partial refund for the majority of the year (minus a month or two for onboarding costs).

I recently encountered a mishap from my error with my Podcastle account and reached out to their support team for help. I was absolutely blown away by the level of care and professionalism I received. From my very first message, their response was prompt, friendly, and genuinely compassionate. They took the time to listen to my situation, diagnosed the issue quickly, and guided me through each step to restore full access. What impressed me was how they went above and beyond, checking in afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly and even offering tips to help prevent similar issues in the future. It’s rare these days to find a company so committed to making its users feel heard and supported. If you’re ever struggling with an account problem or have any questions, I can’t recommend Podcastle’s customer service highly enough.
