About async.com

Async is an AI video creation platform for creators, solopreneurs, and small businesses who want to make polished videos without learning video editing.Instead of working through complex timelines, menus, and multiple tools, you can simply chat with Async and tell it what you want to create or change. Turn raw footage, ideas, or AI-generated scenes into ready-to-post videos - from podcasts and social clips to ads, explainers, tutorials, and more.Async helps with the time-consuming parts of video creation: editing, cutting filler, adding subtitles, translating and dubbing content, improving audio, reframing videos for different platforms, generating voiceovers, creating AI avatars, and repurposing long-form content into short-form clips. Our goal is simple: help anyone make videos like they have a team, even if they don’t have editing skills, a production crew, or hours to spend on post-production.

PodCastle has been incredibly helpful…
PodCastle has been incredibly helpful every time I’ve had a tech issue or needed support—they’ve even helped me recover videos when something went wrong. Their team is always responsive, attentive, and genuinely cares about improving the product based on customer feedback. I’ve seen them upgrade features in real time when I’ve had questions about the AI editing, which is rare and so appreciated. I feel fully supported using their platform and see myself being a long-term customer.

Podcastle is a beginner-friendly app
Podcastle is very user-friendly and easy to use if you're a diy person as I am. It's very intuitive and easy to manage and still make your track sound like it is done professionally. Many apps confuse first-time users, and in my experience Podcastle doesn't do that. And I did over 20 episodes on it. Also, for me it is great price range and it includes enough tools to make my episodes better. All in all, you'll find everything you need to make your podcasts sound amazing.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, Podcastle cares about their guests who are using their platform, and those who are looking into the program. I have had experience with swift responses, and honestly, they hear user input. This company is absolutely worth looking into! My question was whether family members can run different podcasts (I would be the producer, head of these projects). They answered this question positively, with expectation and gratitude, using Podcastle's features. Please, check Podcastle out!

They met me at a personal level
I am really impressed and greatful for the quick responses I received when I reached out with questions. I was treated on a very personal and humane level while communicating with the customer care team from podcastle. No generic email offering assistance or a guide to the help page, what I received was indiviuals who were ready and willing to get to the bottom of my requests and answer all questions. Thank you Sara and George from podcastle. I totally recommend
