I don't make podcasts
I don't make podcasts, so why am I giving Podcastle a five star review? Simply put the AI voice enhancement is the best I've found. I'm a commercial videographer and often the hardest thing about video is audio. Shooting interviews in challenging environments like airpots and factories is easy now I know that Podcastle can give me a beautiful studio sound, no matter how bad the recording is.

Great customer service
Great customer service! Based on older reviews, it looks like Podcastle has taken concerns to heart and made some changes. There was a billing error on my account. I was contacted the same day I reached out to ask and was refunded immediately. Support was VERY helpful. Very responsive. Very nice. This is my first podcast and I had no idea what I was doing. The platform is really very user friendly. Click, drag, and drop. Super intuitive too. I was told my podcast sounded very professional. Thanks for making me sound good!

Great technical support
I understand that it's normal with technology that not everything is controlable. I had problem getting my recordings from the online platform. The Customer service crew resolved quickly my problem by giving me great guidance, advice to ensure the problem does not come up again, polite, timely and great customer service. Wonderful service
Wonderful service. Easy system to use, with some pretty great features. I am new to editing and it is a breeze to figure out. I did have an issue where I got locked out of my email associated with my account. I reached out to the PodCastle support team and they were able to recover my PodCastle account and update my email very quickly. They were honestly so nice. I highly recommend PodCastle.
