My experience with the app was great the only thing that I have a problem with is when I download big files it slows down. T Fix that and he more items I add the slower it goes.

I have been using Podcastle for editing for a couple of years and have no complaints. I have recently started using the recording studio as well and most of the time it works well but there have been times it has lost connection and that can be frustrating. But overall happy with the customer service I received in the times I have needed it.

I went to try the free 7-day plan and customarily entered my paypal details. They charged me with a pro-plan right away in a way that seems almost trickery. Still, they contacted me the day after to issue a full refund. The experience was not great, but for me if you have a very reactive customer service, that's where the money should go! Thank you Podcastle.

I've been using Podcastle for both hosting and editing my podcast and YouTube videos, and overall, it's been a fantastic experience. Every time I’ve encountered an issue, they’ve been quick to respond and always go the extra mile to help resolve any problem. It’s clear they care about their users, and that makes a huge difference. As much as I adore the platform, I do have one little frustration – I can’t use the AI Magic Dust feature. This feature is supposed to make my podcast sound professional quality with just one click, but I’ve encountered a technical glitch that makes my audio sound like “alien interference.” Despite reaching out to support for assistance, the issue is still unresolved, and it's a bummer because I know it would take my podcast to the next level. That said, the overall experience with Podcastle has still been solid. Even without Magic Dust, the editing tools and ease of use make it worth the price. I am holding out hope the issue can one day be fixed, so I can fully leverage all the features. If you're looking for a comprehensive, user-friendly podcasting platform, I definitely recommend Podcastle!

Podcastle has made mgmt and creation of my work really simple. I signed up to an annual plan for 2 pods and I self edit using their AI tools, which is great for sound. For video, they quality is already there. I use it multiple times a week. No real criticsims other than it is so big that I do not think I fully use all the tools yet. But I will in time.

The software is really easy to use and beginner friendly. I also appreciate the AI features to improve the quality of my sound since I don’t have a recording studio and equipment. My overall experience has been good however it can be a little glitchy here and there with the sound not playing. Make sure you use Chrome for editing. Customer service so far has been really helpful and quick to answer questions. I also think it would be great to have an easier way to restore a previous version of your project in case something goes wrong. I also think it’s a little pricey.

This is my personal experience. Your experience might be different, but that's what the free trial is for, and I had a great experience using Podcastle for free. The support was helpful with a lost podcast file. Twice they were able to recover it when my guest couldn't upload the files completely on their side. They also offered me another free month when we thought the file was lost initially. So I got to use Podcastle for free for 2 months. And I personally enjoy the whole vibe of the website. Only the AI Voice & Video Tools are not good enough in my opinion. It sounds and looks overly processed. But anyway, I believe it's better to invest in a good mic than to try to fix bad sounds with AI. Overall the eperience has been pleasant with the platform as well as the support. I also love the teleprompter, which is built in—that is great for recording solo videos. Podcastle is a really affordable option for those starting with podcasting; I would recommend giving it a try.

I really like how I could organize my different recording and sound effects. I also like the feature where you could fade in and out sounds. Overall for a beginner podcast I would totally recommend this!!
