Great product, great support
Update: Customer service reached out and I appreciate the follow up, thanks for working to resolve this :) The product is great, it’s all I wear now and have probably spent $1000 at the store over the years. I made a mistake on my most recent order and they won’t exchange it. Yes, my fault and I should have been more careful but I think the customer service could improve. I also understand not wanting to be taken advantage of but, this is the first in many orders.

After reviewing your correspondence with our Customer Support team, we wanted to provide a bit more context regarding the resolution offered. Because your order was placed during a Buy One, Get One promotion and the requested replacement was for a different style, our system does not allow us to process that request as a direct exchange. In these situations, we offer store credit instead. We can see that our team worked to find a fair solution and was able to provide store credit equivalent to the value of the original pair. We wanted to clarify this because your review may give the impression that no resolution was offered, when in fact our team did work to provide one within the limitations of our exchange process. That said, we understand that these policies can sometimes be frustrating, and we're sorry for any disappointment or confusion this may have caused. Best no-show sock from Aswemove.com
Aswemove.com has designed an intelligent and quality no-show sock called the shoeskyn. This sock has a special backing that keeps the sock in place so that it does not ride down into the shoe [which is extremely annoying!]. Also, the fabric is silky soft and a pleasure to wear. I am so impressed with this product that I have already purchased four pairs. Finally, the customer service at aswemove.com is exemplary.

Fit and feel
I enjoy the feel and the fit of the underwear and have been very pleased with any interactions I've had with AsWeMove. I've been partial to the Aspire line, but have several pairs from Dominate. The colors are very nice, and I have been buying for over a year now.

Once again
Once again, the folks at as we move, came through with exceptional customer support. I had tried to place an order and made several errors resulting in my frustration and attempting to cancel the order. The Customerservice, there was able to straighten everything out to my great satisfaction and rushed the order on its way.

Customer for life
Their garments are so soft and are quality made. They are SO comfortable! I love how they still look new even after several washes. The company also ships items so quickly which I love! And they have some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. Customer for life right here! Can't wait to try more styles/ colors!

My mistake ordered the wrong size
My mistake ordered the wrong size. When I realized it I contacted Aswemove to cancel my order and with in a few minutes I received an email from Kenneth and it was done. Super customer service
