Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our fabric is intentionally ultra-lightweight and minimal, which can create a more sheer appearance than traditional underwear, especially in certain colors. Hi Bert, we’re sorry this experience was frustrating. When you contacted us about accidentally ordering Dominate instead of Aspire, your order had already entered processing, but our team still reached out to our warehouse to see if we could stop it before shipment. Unfortunately, it had already shipped by the time we received confirmation. Although Clay is a Limited Edition color and normally final sale, we made a one-time exception for you and provided a prepaid return label and store credit so you could reorder the Aspire style you originally wanted. We understand you would have preferred a refund, but we hope the exception and complimentary return help make the situation right.
