I have enjoyed my experience with Ethos so far. The job responsibilities is a new concept so I was unfamiliar at first about how things were supposed to go. There was one interview done with AI. Onboarding is simple as you are provided with a playbook and I was up to speed within two weeks. We use use Slack that uses AI to answer support questions and the answers come really fast and precise which amazed me. You are paid per hour and the responsibilities require lots of reading and high analytical ability. The pay is monthly which was a con at first, but this allowed me to plan out expenses with more thought which actually turned out to be a pro in the long run. The biggest con is job security as many experts are concerned about being offboarded at any time for any reason. Overall, I am thankful for the opportunity. I prefer Ethos over any job I have worked in the past and hope to continue moving forward with them.

Competitive pay. Payments are consistently on time and easy (especially to non-USA banks). Tool works well. AI Interviews for opportunities are responsive and natural. Amount of work available depends on the client (some days not much in queue), but is fair to expectations. (Always has been enough work throughout the week to match expectations.) Work is very interesting with paid training that has been helpful to educate myself about latest AI / LLM issues. Very happy with my experiences and how I have been treated.

Ethos is a trustworthy and ethical "employer", they have always paid me timeously and correctly. While there may be times when the work flow is slow or hindered, however, overall there is work. I have been working with Ethos for 4 months now. I would recommend working with Ethos, to everyone I know!
