Great platform to apply your skills and get well paid on time.

Positive experience with Ethos so far. The projects are interesting and require real judgment rather than feeling like boring generic work. The platform is easy to use, logging hours is straightforward, project managers are responsive and professional, and payments have always been on time. Reviewers can be quite inconsistent but those are hopefully teething issues. The flexibility and rates are quite good. Happy to take on more projects through Ethos.

Ethos follows a great process that makes the experience seamless. Be it the work guidelines or the payment methodology or the interview process or the task assignment, everything syncs well together. The icing on the cake is the dashboard, it is simple and contains all the work related information in one place.

I've been working with Ethos for a couple of months now and can verify it is a genuine company and you do get paid for your work and on time. The upside for me is that it allows you to work at your home and to your timescales, using your skills built up over the years. For someone in their late 50's this has been brilliant for me as I can use the work to supplement my pension. But the work is hard, you do have to really concentrate and know your stuff and I know at least a few people who haven't passed the initial screener. You also have to be IT confident, things go wrong, you need to be comfortable with that and deal with it. Generally though, this has been an excellent experience and I'm really happy to work with them.
