Askderm never provided me with a tracking number.
I was never given a tracking number for my item. My item arrived 4 days later than askderm's expected arrival date, so I was worried that I would never get my item especially since I didn't have a tracking number. I was also supposed to receive one more sample in the mail but askderm failed to send it to me. The only reason I purchased from them was because they were having a pretty good deal on Cyber Monday. I most likely will not make any future purchases from askderm.

We are sorry for the trouble you have had with receiving our correspondence. Now that Gmail has a promotions folder, our emails are being filtered there or in the spam folder. Did you check to see if they may have been filtered into one of these folders? Tracking is assigned as soon as your order ships and is emailed. It is also available online by clicking the "track my order" tab http://www.askderm.com/tracking.asp. Your FREE Sample Pack should have been included with your order.
