I checked the tracking for your order and it states it was delivered on 10/3/2014. If you did not receive your package, please contact one of our customer service representatives and they will be more than happy to assist 800-393-3848.

I realized I had made a mistake in my order almost immediately after pressing the :"send" button. I hopped on the website and immediately wrote to customer service and asked them to cancel the order. When the order confirmation was received minutes later, I again replied with a request to cancel the order. Many hours later, I received a response from Customer Service saying that it was too late to cancel the order as the items has already been shipped. There should have been a way to cancel that order.

I placed a order on 24th of july. ASKDERM shipped it on 26th of July. On 28th of July, I tracked the package and it said on USPS that there is no secure delivery location which is not true. I called usps to redivery and they said they would but they never did and I even told them to drop it at the store downstairs if they really can't find my apartment which is very easy to find.I called askderm again to ask for help and they said I have to contact usps by myself even i said i did call them to redelivery and didn't work out. What is worse, usps is very hard to reach by phone that you have to call nonstop to get to a operator. So disappointed that usps left us a notice to pick it up at a non-local office by not ringing the doorbell while we were home always recently. Hopefully I can get my refund. btw, Askderm never send me any information about the delay of this package as they described.

I ordered on December 7, was told item in stock, will receive in 3 days. 4 days later get email saying item delayed, will be received in 3 days for sure. 4 cays later, another email that item is delayed--will ship on the 16th and be their by 18th--3 day priority mail. Item finally arrived 6 days later on Saturday the 21st. When it arrived, the cute little free sample bag shown on website with purchase, was 2 little paper packets--nothing at all like the pictured sample bag. I received no explanation or apology from the company. Incredibly disappointed, and will not order from again.
